  1. General Information
    These terms apply to agreements between the traveler (“the Customer”) and Elite Tours (“the
    Company”) regarding guided tours and, where applicable, package travel.
    For package travel, the agreement is governed by the Swedish Package Travel Act
    (Paketreselagen).
  2. Booking and Agreement
    A binding agreement is formed when:
    ● The Customer has completed a booking
    ● The Company has confirmed the booking (in writing or electronically)
    ● Any required payment has been received
    The Customer is responsible for ensuring all booking details are correct.
    For group bookings, the person making the booking is responsible for communication and
    payment.
  3. Prices and Payment
    All prices are stated in SEK unless otherwise specified and include applicable taxes.
    ● A deposit may be required to confirm the booking
    ● Full payment must be made prior to the tour as stated in the confirmation
    ● Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and applicable fees
  4. What is Included
    Only services explicitly listed in the booking confirmation are included.
  5. Changes by the Customer
    Changes must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
    A 25% administration fee of the total booking value applies unless otherwise agreed.
    Significant changes may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.
  6. Cancellation by the Customer
    Cancellations must be made in writing.
    ● More than 8 weeks: 90% refund
    ● 6–8 weeks: 50% refund
    ● 4–6 weeks: 25% refund
    ● Less than 4 weeks: no refund
    All refunds are subject to third-party costs and non-recoverable expenses.
  7. Transfer of Booking
    Bookings may be transferred if:
    ● The replacement meets requirements
    ● Notice is given in reasonable time
    Additional costs may apply.
  8. Changes by the Company
    Minor changes do not entitle compensation.
    Major changes allow the Customer to:
    ● Accept
    ● Receive an alternative
    ● Cancel with refund
  9. Cancellation by the Company
    The Company may cancel due to safety, operational reasons, or Force Majeure.
    Refunds apply where appropriate, but no additional compensation.
  10. Force Majeure
    No liability for events beyond control, including:
    ● Weather
    ● Government actions
    ● Pandemics
    ● Transport disruption
    Refunds may be offered, but no compensation.
  11. Company Responsibility
    The Company will deliver services as agreed.
    Issues must be reported immediately.
  12. Customer Responsibilities
    The Customer must:
    ● Follow instructions
    ● Respect laws
    ● Be properly prepared
    Failure may result in removal without refund.
  13. Complaints
    Complaints must be made during the tour or shortly after.
  14. Liability Limitations
    Liability is limited to the tour value.
    No liability for indirect losses or third-party issues.
  15. Dispute Resolution
    Disputes shall first be resolved directly.
    If unresolved:
    ● ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden)
    ● Swedish courts
  16. Third-Party Suppliers
    Third-party providers are subject to their own terms.
    All costs and conditions from suppliers apply to the Customer.
  17. Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Providers
    Elite Tours is not liable for:
    ● Supplier cancellations
    ● Fees or penalties
    ● Service delivery
    All related costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
  18. Supplier Insolvency
    If a supplier fails:
    ● Alternatives may be offered
    ● Additional costs paid by Customer
    ● Refunds limited to recoverable amounts
  19. Travel Insurance
    Insurance is mandatory.
    Must cover:
    ● Medical
    ● Cancellation
    ● Activities
    ● Supplier insolvency
  20. Liability & Insurance
    Elite Tours holds liability insurance.
    Liability is limited and excludes:
    ● Personal belongings
    ● Third-party actions
    ● Indirect losses
    ● Medical conditions
  21. Assumption of Risk
    All activities carry inherent risks.
    Participation is at the Customer’s own risk.
  22. Health & Fitness
    Customers must be fit to participate.
    Failure to disclose conditions may result in exclusion without refund.
  23. Late Arrival / No-Show
    Failure to attend is treated as cancellation.
    No refund applies.
  24. Payment Enforcement
    Late payments may incur:
    ● Interest
    ● Fees
    ● Recovery costs
  25. Right to Refuse Service
    The Company may remove any Customer for:
    ● Unsafe behavior
    ● Disruption
    ● Legal violations
    No refund applies.
  26. Data Protection (GDPR)
    Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
  27. Entire Agreement
    This document and booking confirmation form the full agreement.
  28. Severability
    Invalid clauses do not affect the remainder.
  29. Use of Images
    Photos/videos may be used for marketing unless declined in writing.
  30. Price Adjustments
    Prices may change due to external factors before final payment.
